If reason for replacement cannot be shown in a photo, or if you do not wish to submit warranty online, please send your tool in a small padded
mailing envelope to the following address for a warranty replacement. Be sure to include a brief explanation of the problem along with a name
and address of where you would like us to mail the replacement to. If mailing product to us, consumer is responsible for any shipping costs
incurred. Swiss+Tech pays shipping costs when replacement tool is shipped to consumer.
